I met Malcolm 8 years ago when I bought one of the new homes he was
building in a semi private pocket just south of Aurora. Since then, I hold
nothing but the best regards for him. I accepted him as a business
associate, because of his honesty, credibility, integrity and his kindness
that he shared with my family, which allowed both our families to become
very close.

Four years later, my wife and I wanted to build our dream home. Malcolm
always knew this was our goal, and as soon as he found a suitable
property, he worked tirelessly with my wife to build it to her exact
desire. It turned out fantastic, and we have received nothing but praise
for the workmanship, design and the obvious excellence in his skill. His
experience outshone any other builder that we have met, and his
personality amplified his abilities. He was extremely dependable and we
